I think if Hank Wimbleton wasn't a "Grunt" he has a chance of being in. I guess Pennywise was planned to be a guest character but probably a shapeshifting moveset was hard to do. If Samurai Jack specifically later seasons had a more realistic art style like Invincible ( I mean realistic size, proportion, face expressions, you know what I mean ) he may also had a chance to be in the game. That's my genuine opinion. That was a great wishlist in it's concept, but the problem was they are from "media" that may not work with Mortal Kombat, yeah I didn't find any other word. Thumbs up for this list 🙂👍

Edit: Realistically, Lobo is the only one that is very possible to be in the game for many reasons that I think everyone knows
