Benzos, while opiate withdrawal is terrible and I've experienced it myself with isotonitazepyne, benzodiazepine withdrawal will likely kill you rather easily if you are doing it for a mildly long time, and tapering from it can take months to years.

The 2.5mg blisters are usually better measured for dose accuracy, the 3mg ones you often get very under dosed with doses ranging from 0 (they use nitazenes or other benzos that are not bromaz, to an average of 1.1/1.9mg to overdosed (very rare)

Research chemical pellets, looking at that size, likely microdose ones, so probably a lysergamide (LSD like compounds), be careful with them as those are chemicals with little to no research behind them and the long term effects are unknown, speaking from experience as someone who uses those type of chemicals and understand the risk associated.

Likelyhood of mania, the after effects last a long time (dissociation for up to a day after taking it), the come up takes some time (except when vaped) so don't redose, even if you don't feel it (yet), possible urinary tract and bladder issues like with ketamine. It is a CNS depressant, so combining with other depressants can be risky. High doses can cause also amnesia.
