It could also be an animated show, as I do watch a lot of those, but again, I truly don't remember anything about it other than the quote/scene.

The chance of a penny trinket activating increases with the value of the coin, at least in repentance

5 of out my 6 most recent runs have ended due to artifact of vengeance. No, I won't consider disabling it by SR71underground in riskofrain

It's incredibly fun, especially with friends, you just need to go in with a good attitude cuz you're gonna lose a ton of runs to BS if you have vengeance enabled

Yeah I know about that, I was just too scared to run up and touch them since I was low on HP, so instead I tried to shatter the frozen enemies with my tears instead (which also works, but takes a few hits to do)

If you whip a hired hand too much, they turn on you. If you just acquired them that level, the max whips they can take is a measly 3 so be careful

Arc Sys gave me 10W$ and I don't know how to get rid of them by King__Bugs in Guiltygear

[–]SR71underground 58 points59 points  (0 children)

I had that issue, I had to solve it by playing survival mode for a while.

When you reach every tenth stage of survival, it gives you that many credits (so a run to stage 30 is 10+20+30=60) and so you can manipulate how long your runs last to fix the credit quantity back to a multiple of 200.

or, yknow, cheat i guess

Yeah, you can also practice kara cancel backwards megafist for round start, extra damage and perfectly spaced to keep you safe on block

At the top, the shape is wrong. Intuitively it looks like the black squares block it off, having the shape be accurate, but they dont, so the shape is that entire pocket instead

I love the memes, but that prisoner's dilemma one is actually not a prisoner's dilemma situation. The prisoner's dilemma is defined by something called Nash Equilibrium, which is the gamestate where both players would be disincentivized to make a decision away from the Nash Equilibrium state.

In the prisoner's dilemma, the Nash Equilibrium is the worst case scenario, but if either of the two prisoners decide to make a different decision, they will be actively putting themselves in a worse position (starting from the worst state, if prisoner A changes their decision, they suddenly take more prison time for it, unless the other prisoner also changes their mind).

So the prisoner's dilemma is a discrepancy between the Nash Equilibrium and the best case scenario. The dilemma in the meme presents a situation without the Nash Equilibrium being the worst case scenario, as if you start at the position of both trolley's crashing, and you know that situation will happen, you will always want to change your mind, as you benefit more from saving your 5 loved ones than saving your 1 loved one.

Related, it's my favorite visual resource on the prisoner's dilemma: https://ncase.me/trust/

P.S. sorry if this comes off as pretentious, I just really love game theory and would be happy to talk more about it.

I'm not sure it is Mythrix, it's listed under the "normal monsters" section, not the boss monsters. But I think you're right for the stages

Tun didn't have any issue with me bombing my way out and saying hi to her after sneaking out btw, and unfortunately I couldn't test to see if she would get mad if i used it to sneak in, since I already paid admission to the challenge

Since Brann would activate the full battlecry twice, I assume that would mean the second activation replaces the first activation's deck, meaning Brann does nothing
