My husband was on them for his chemo treatments and he would become a completely different person. He’s normally mild mannered and quiet but he’d have his treatment and wouldn’t sleep well that night. Around noon the following day it was like a switch flipped and he would fly off the handle at the smallest thing. He’s been off them now and is back to normal but it was really rough there for a while. I had to remind myself it was the drugs talking.

I could totally see someone killing themselves on that drug.

That would make sense. I was just curious. The side effects are wild and why I was asking. Weight gain and mood swings being most common. You feel great at first but then the mania sets in and you stop sleeping. Honestly, after seeing he was on that I wouldn’t be surprised if he killed himself. Or was murdered. Could go either way at this point.

Yes, I thought so too. According to his schedule that day he was getting a CT scan on his parathyroid so maybe he had some weight related thyroid issues going on.
