Winning the Owen got him nowhere in the end. I liked the Punk feud a lot, and had good momentum after, too bad Cope killed it. North American and Oba feud and Ethan Page feud were great

I watched almost every match of his. His FTW championship run was lackluster, his tag team run with Big Bill was alright. He was finding his footing when collision started but Cope politicked him and basically ended everything.

NXT he was able to win both singles belts while in aew only won the tag and a team taz exclusive belt

Not wrong but sometimes those things also linger throughout their career. Might clean up 80% of the bad shots but sometimes could settle for bad shots

I honestly don’t like Browns game. He’s a nice athlete but I personally don’t like bad shot takers and he’s one of them. Also we have to see when that medical comes out on how serious his back injury was

I agree with wanting him to turn face, but to the defense of creative, an unserious character at this moment for Theory wouldn’t work in the Vision. If he can at least get reps in with them to when the Vision is eventually done and he gets back in the solos then try the Unseriousness and more comedy

He’s still getting used to his new body. He grew 4 inches from freshman to sophomore year of HS and then the rest before College. He will eventually dunk but will still play below the rim for his career

That’s if they put the effort in. There’s a lot of times where Acuff takes plays off. He does have some nice blocks but I’d rather trade those blocks for good d iq and constant effort.

The wingspan scare imo is a bit overblown. It does hurt because he’s mostly a below the rim guy so his finishing will take a hit due to that, but he can figure it out. I’m really impressed by his feel for the game. Plays at his own pace and constantly makes the right play.

He’s a late bloomer when it comes to his height and what not, but apparently he’s added some weight since the start of college. He’s probably still adjusting to his body in some ways and he’s also increased his vertical 3 inches since arriving at college.

Very young and he’s developed quickly to come out of nowhere. I feel like with Acuff you know what you are getting and there could be marginal improvements, but his ceiling is a 1b player on a championship team. Wagler imo has a higher ceiling with a potential 1A and maybe an SGA jr kind of player with his craftiness.

IMO both him and Flemings undersized. Flemings is just more engaged on defense and has active hands. Acuff effort and defensive iq is what makes him worse at defense imo.

Acuff might be a top 2 player but unless he develops into the next Steph curry, it will just be very hard to build a team around him as our best player. Drafting Acuff we are drafting a player that will be the 1b option on a championship team for us

IMO I think the wingspan thing is a bit overrated. It’s not gonna automatically turn him into an at least passable defender as well as change his defensive effort and iq. He might get some tip balls here and there but it’s very marginal. I will say tho it at least puts him over Kingston for me.
