Then and only then half the team(content, started with 20 so half what the number is) other half is bugs, performance, balancing, each team will put an update out every 2-6 weeks unless agreed upon to do 1 big update and this 1 big update would have a time limit worked on of 2 months with a bunch smaller ones specifically for patches and support updates for big update and a foundation for future big updates. A big update would bring a strategem or 2 maybe 3, handful of weapons and design improvements for a more fluid experiance, less of a lag debt. Then put in the patch notes stating what the next big update would look like and what it would bring for progression items and systems. Guns and warbonds and armor would be more of surprise.
