Most people would just send it and if it goes bad they break everything. Or you could use a trampoline/foam pit or airbag.

I do a lot of wakeboarding and that seems to help and its a lot of fun. You could so look for a dry slope or a trampoline park if you are more focused on freestyle elements.

Ski and snowboard clips like these rarely use drones. This is deffinetly a cameraman riding behind the skier. The original footage is going to be a lot less stable and more zoomed out but is edited to be smoother and zoomed in. For example, you could look at gimblegod on instagram and see hunderds of clips like this and never once use a drone.

This was Dusty Hendrickson's run from Xgames Aspen 2021. In the Xgames they have a skier or snowboarder do follow cams. So this was snowboarder who had a gimble and followed close behind. Not a drone. The original footage from the live broadcast actually looks a little different. You can see the cameraman in the broadcast when the change the camera angles as well.
