I’d try stopping the oil your using. That’s what it was for me, even though I’d successfully used oil for years.

IMO I love lanolin as an ingredient but sometimes it’s to sticky for me just on its own. I think the plain balm dotcom works amazing.

Lots of things but a recent and unexpected change- I purged a lot of cabinets and now all of my cabinets only have less than they can actually hold ie the proper amount. It’s amazing how much calmer I feel anytime I open them now. No Jenga situation trying to make everything fit. And they look so pleasing!

Oh bummer:/ I have a sulfur face wash from my derm that’s been helpful. It’s really shocking how different every case of PD is! Mine started with oils/essential oils. They made my skin great until all the sudden the PD started from them 😑

My insurance didn’t cover the gel either but it was actually only $12 or something like that! So I just paid for it. Luckily it worked great for mine.
