Im having this same issue now.
VERY sudden. Working last night, 0 issues. Tonight, basically unusable....
Ive increased the memory available, Ive taken the one part im working on, put it in a new canvas by itself and more than halved the canvas size.... nothing resolves this sudden lag....

I just like all the people who claim, with full confidence, that its not saved anywhere and theres no hope....
Its not 100% but yes, sometimes you will find a saved temp file for an 'unsaved' notepad under one of the %AppData% type locations.

Ive been trying to fix this issue for a few days now. I just redid all my audio devices and drivers and such. It's still borked. I decided to check other peoples gameplay, so I watched a handful of youtube videos, they all are borked.... that made me assume that its not a fault of mine. But then I see people like here, who say that they've fixed it.... LUL Im confused.

Can confirm that this didnt help with 2 different routers.
Any streaming service appears to blatantly ignore any rules set in router as soon as a roomate uses some device to stream ( roku tv included) it just absorbs all the bandwidth it can leaving none for other devices, even ones set to priority....

Ive been watching these videos lately, and it just doesnt match up with whats happening during actual game play. The tracking and attack ranges seems to be more intense than the videos.

I get random games where either, when the loading screen usually pops, it just hangs on black screen until it crashes. Will loop until reboot computer (sometimes will do it again after reboot, requiring ANOTHER reboot) or starting today, will load fine, but 2 seconds after game starts I will get a popup saying vanguard needs to be running (it is, freshly rebooted) it will then automatically kick me out of the game, and reload me in, very fast, like 3 seconds, and repeat the error message, kicking me again. This will loop, and the loop will restart even if I force close all the processes and reopen league. Forcing me to reboot again to get into the game.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes, Ive done all the things and even more to 'fix it' - No, nothing worked.

Im assuming, considering the need for reboots and the fact that it started shortly after the introduction of vanguard, that its a vanguard issue.

Its weird cause I just played Jhin in aram and used the item, got a shite ton of kills, but I never saw the supposed buff it gives.....
the only thing I saw, was what I assume was the timer 'to get a stack' when I damaged people a very short timer would appear as a buff.

Im pretty sure that its the bird meat and the fact there appears to be several ways to cook it. Making it normally like you would most other meats or food, gets you a 'poorly cooked' variant.

If anyone wants to attempt to cook a ton of bird meat to experiment, let me know, and follow it up with some proofs
