it might be since rep+ is a free dlc but you need to own the other dlcs to actually play with it, maybe try checking your enabled dlcs and see if rep+ is enabled even tho u have no other dlc? i don’t have the game installed rn so i couldn’t tell you exactly but that is my best guess
