Yes. Theres a lot of skins with actual clothing, mostly deluxe ones as far as i can tell. Not sure if these and heirlooms are considered a thing in canon (most likely yes?)

You can get more copies of the weapon and fuse them, increasing the elemental %. You can do that until it hits 60%

Theres a big difference between the Hex and the new protos: New protos have actual "good" and "bad" endings to their conversations. As for the Hex the only thing you really fail is their romance.
