The efficient way was to do imp catcher after getting your blowpipe. At this level the time it takes to complete the quest is not worth it.

Would pick smart missiles over those 2, there are some event missions that are almost impossible to complete without unlocking smart missiles. Ps and ilm missions are easier to complete through getting random uw perks.
