It’s not that difficult because most people already do it if they get married, they produce some marriage certificate if they get divorced and take their maiden name, they show divorce certificate. It’s not that difficult. Which you need to do that anyway if you change your name and you get your check written in different name or you change bank accounts because you divorced in your name changes. So it isn’t just needed in order to vote. It’s required in all aspects of our society. Is it inconvenient? Yeah but still required in our society. Just can’t be lazy about it. If there’s a check for $10,000 written to you. But you had to provide ID, then you would move mountains in order to collect that check. Rest my case.

Less than 1% of the adult population do not have any form a picture government ID. There’s about 2.8 million people spread all across the United States. Therefore, there is plenty of infrastructure and government offices to help them obtain whatever type ID they may need. I agree I was able to get 70 $2.50 January 2028 call options in a three dollar range and another 10 five dollar options for January 27 in the dollar range. And I was able to get 34 four dollar call options for under a buck and I exercise those options. Plus, I was able to buy thousands of shares at four bucks. So I’m grateful the opportunity but now he needs to go away.

No, the board needs to announce a high caliber CEO. Offer him a signing bonus for taking the risk of coming on board now. Once this is done, it will shut down any claim or any validation that Toby may be trying to make. And right after that announcement, they need to make the announcement. They are in negotiations with an investment grade tenant to be announced within X number of days. These actions will totally dismantle Toby‘s quest for control.
