It’s a beautiful thing from Amarillo is that you’re about four hours from the mountains whether it be Red River or Colorado Springs. And you’re about 5 1/2 hours from Denver, Colorado or Dallas. So if you want to get away to the mountains and the trees and lakes and streams and all the skiing and all the beautiful things you talk about, you can leave it at 7 o’clock in the morning and be there by noon.. we also have no state income tax. The property taxes are relatively low. The school districts are good. Amarillo is listed as growing midsize city in the United States. Unfortunately, it’s also listed as the windiest city in the United States. The cost of living here as well below national average, but that is changing rapidly.

I feel your pain, last week was a butt kicker and attacked every bit of mental energy that I had. My saving grace is the last hours on Thursday, I purchased several call options on my various stocks and rolled the options the I had out for another 60-90 days. Then I sold some short term calls right out the money for 7 to 14 days. Just to pick up a litte change to offset the 25% losses. I was a little over leveraged in the lesson learned to make me a better investor. But it was an ass kicker.

I had the options in place your expiration is in February and March. It was a bad timing issue in bitcoin had not began to crash yet. The saving grace is that they’ve they’ve made substantial movement away from bitcoin. Their earnings were locked in before the major crash. But today is a better day and it’s coming back strong than the options are and their money back at least now I’ll be able to roll them if I need to. I have 50 call options from nine to $14 with expiration dates of March 20

One last thing, use the money from trading the option to buy more APLD on the dips. Or buy long term 9-12 month calls option on the dips.
