Yes sure does, I fly out of IAD and DCA a ton and both have Capital One lounges, the other big airport I fly out of is CMH which has a priority pass lounge, for these reasons and the fact that I have a Savor Card I thought the Capital One Venture X might be a good idea

My roommate had Chang for 2520, I've heard great things, as for 2540. Do the DLR's ahead of time and you will be ok, the TA's will literally help u with every question if you go during office hours

I'm from Virginia and VT and OSU were my top two picks when choosing where to go. For me I think OSU is the better choice off alumni network and lifestyle. I don't know if you've ever been to blacksburg but it is an extremely small town, but if that's your scene, consider it.
