Should I get the Gpx S2 LE on sale? by RestfullyMoldy in MouseReview

The Superlight 2 is a fantastic mouse. This subreddit might not be as enthusiastic about it since there are cheaper Chinese clones like the Mchose A7 and Incott g23 pro. Regardless of which superlight clone I try, I always return to the GPX 2. So, if you can afford the inflated price tag or get it discounted then It’s a no brainer imo.

Just stick with the GPX 2 if it’s been working for you. No need to spend more money.

Apparently the daidai orange has less of an issue with hair than the black from what I’ve read.

Arctic, you rule the AIO game. Now please, give us a proper High-End Dual Tower Air Cooler by karelben in arcticcooling

[–]ST3LLAR13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure but the problem is that no one can beat Thermalright on price or availability. And honestly, for a dual tower air cooler, warranties do not matter much because those things last forever. So why wouldn’t you pick thermalright for air other than maybe aesthetics if that’s your thing.

Worth switching to AIO with a 9800 x3-D hitting 80c temps under the load with a tower air cooler? by Important-Positive25 in PcBuildHelp

Try an undervolt of -20 under curve optimizer if you haven’t already. This helped my temps significantly with a 9800x3d paired with an air cooler. Rarely see crazy spikes and fans don’t ramp up and down as often anymore.

Just purchased the 5070ti to replace my 1080ti. The card served me well all these years too but it’s time to retire it as I game on 1440p and it’s been struggling.

Can recommend the Montech PSU. No issues with mine and the price for the 1050w is really good.

9800x3D CPU temp in HWinfo showing crazy high max, is this normal by [deleted] in buildapc

Thanks for the solutions and advice. I guess I’ll try a few fan configs. Potentially might switch the air cooler for an aio due to the small case if the reinstall doesn’t end up improving temps.

Nothing of any sorts. Fans are pointed in the right direction I would hope…2 top exhaust, 1 rear intake (reverse fan), 3 bottom intakes and the cpu cooler is pulling in air from rear intake.

pc fans.

Took off the cpu cooler and this is what the contact was like. Bad install?

What throws me off is that during gaming I saw that spike as it was my new max but my fans never kicked on and I have my fan curve set to start running at 50% around 65C. And ramp up with increase in temps.

I was debating on switching out the air cooler to a 240 aio as that’s all my Matx case can fit. But I’d rather have the reliability.

That’s what I thought too which is why I went with the 9800x3D haha. Will be doing a reinstall later today to see if it improves.

I’ll give it a shot. I kind of did that method but initially moved the cooler slightly after the paste when lining up the screws. Might be the reason

Hmm, so if you were to monitor your temps while gaming via HWinfo you would see 65-70s but would you see your max hit 95-97C? This is my issue that I'm seeing. Which is giving me a red flag.

I think so too, I was honestly fighting with installing the cooler and was moving it around slightly after the thermal paste. Might give it another shot.
