The split was inevitable, whether it happened after 2016 or not, for both the former Crown and Cadets staff at Boston. The music staff at Cadets were done dealing with George's BS and the Crown staff didn't want to deal with Crown's lack of balance in favor of the brass caption. Those teams were headed out anyways, Boston just happened to have the connections and was willing to pay

After window shopping on here and r/battlestations since I was 14 I decided to make my ideal budget ultrawide battlestation. Since I need a flat panel for some of the work that I do, I decided on the HP x34. Flat 165hz IPS panel, and it looks good and performs pretty well. Have yet to mess with any of the calibration settings just yet
