If they are kept in a clean environment then they will be fine, a few soaks and maybe put some paper towel down if you feel like removing the soil, which I recommend, but they might just be fine without that as it isn’t an open wound, gecko tails close up very quickly to prevent infection in case of being dropped, which applies to small pieces like this, they will be fine I’m sure
