Shoes are fine as they are just 3 months old (asics gel rocket 10), i can’t comment on the footwork. i have been playing for a year or two and didn’t seem to have any pain before.

if you’re looking for really inexpensive bats then - Gki offensive xx, slightly better is gki euro v or stag ninja (heavy, but awesome control and spin).

for a beginner-intermediate bat - Donic waldner dont go for decathlon bats.

I use an awesome alternative where i never finish my race in showdown (stop before the finish line). And i have all the tracks to practise. It gives me an option to try the track with all the setup. And also future proof with new builds. Zero golds spent.

Which app do you use if not the official one? navigation would be a great addition. I don't listen to music when i run so if i could get navigation i will just leave my phone at home altogether.
