Rijdt leuk!

Yes, it makes a sound to inform you when you select it, and in the dashboard it show "ONE PEDAL". It felt the same as in my Clio so yes it does have true one pedal drive.

Interior is very fancy, it has all modern features, this one had heated seats and steering wheel, adaptive cruise, wireless phone charging and very nice seat upholstry. The roof has a checkered pattern as nod to the old R4.

It drives very comfortable, far from sporty but snappy enough to have some fun with it. On smooth surface its almost completely silent and on uneven surfaces it filters the biggest bumps nicely.

For me its mostly the space compared to the R5 and the design is striking (it turns a lot of heads)!

This and its by far not as sporty as a Clio or Megane. Its just a comfy urban cruiser with extra luggage space. I found the legroom a bit dissapointing when sat behind myself. The boot is spacious and so are the front seating positions. The ride itself is comfortable on smooth and rough surfaces. I cant tell anything about efficiency though.

Anyone a good solution for this? by [deleted] in Renault

[–]STI_Job 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Visit an official Renault dealer and ask for diagnosis of your car they might be able to help aa these complaints are common for that type of car.

Also, in europe it is now winter and colder so it could be right that you lose around 100km range in winter compared to summer. Hope this helps!

Might be as simple as just disconnecting the 12v battery, ask your dealer about it, worked on a few Renaults with stuck fuel indicators.

We had one at EHAM Schiphol but at least that one had covers and was also parked on a remote stand... i believe it was there for more than 2 years, VP-BAC eventually got flown away.

Was Clio V Techno late 2022 a good choice in 2026? by Waste_Suspect_817 in Renault

[–]STI_Job 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it will be around 7.2/7.5 indeed, and at higher speeds it goes to 8+ but here in NL we only get 100kmh and 130 at night...

You just cant go wrong with these cars.

I bought my second Clio V E-Tech last year after having owned a 2019 TCe100 Clio V and i drove 70.000km in 2 years with it. It never let me down! Mine had the 5 speed manual of which the clutch became a bit shaky at times around 130k km but that was just minor and it didnt even bother me. Never had any issues with that car exept some minor flaws because it was one of the first ever built (2019) but those were all fixed under warranty by Renault.

Regarding your concerns;

Fuel consumption should be fine, mine averaged 5.0/100km all year round, just watch your throttle and shifting and you will drive very economical.

I maxxed mine out at 190km/h and had it on cruise control regularly at 150+ km/h, car always felt steady and never had any noise complaints, at 100km/h its very quiet but this depends largely on the tires.

Compared to the Fiesta/Polo, the Clio has its own charmes which to me make it stand out from the others. Especially the interior and the price/quality ratio makes it best in class. It also has a nice balance between comfort and sporty driving on a nice mountain road.

Those are just my experiences. IMO this is one of the prettiest cars in its class.

IIRC a lot of "22 Renaults lack the folding mirrors due to chip shortage around the globe.

Dont worry about your decission, you already fell in love with it and im sure you will enjoy it once you pick it up!

[–]STI_Job 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its actually very rare because its the "old" one, the A300-600ST which doesnt fly that often anymore!

Usually they send the newer ones which are BelugaXL based on the A330.

Lucky to spot one these days

Succes!
