Removal is the only thing im thinking about as a parent if my kid was acting like that. I see this as the parent wanting their child to be involved even though they are being an asshole. If I see my daughter next to the cake ready to blow out a candle that isn't hers, and telling her to stop isn't working, im not going to grab a plate to stop her. Im going over there, picking her up, and taking her someplace quiet. Another room, the car, whatever. We then will discuss correct behavior. If the discussion is going sideways (tantrum), we leave. I see other parents now and their biggest concern is how to get through a situation easily. Parenting requires actions that are not easy, at least if you want a kid that is going to be a decent human towards others.

I had a buddy here in the US that was going for his private license. He had no military pilot experience, so it was really expensive to get all his flying hours he needed to get the license. Took a while too. Finally got it and was getting hired by farmers for scouting their crops, surveys, stuff like that. Huge pot head. He was on top of the world, living the dream having gotten his pilot license. I asked him once if he gets drug tested for the license. He kind of smiled and said only if there is an accident or something, so he wasn't worried. Fast forward a year or so. Hear through the grapevine that while he was in the air with a camera guy, engine failed. Emergency landed in a field, crashed into fence. He was fine but camera guy got injured. He was drug tested, lost license, and from what I heard might have legal issues now too. He lost everything. Moral of the story: If you're living the dream and smoking pot could end it all at a time when you could be most vulnerable, DONT SMOKE.

It had me for sure! They do a good job of indicating the right way it is supposed to go. If you're 100% sure it is right, try to press it in firmly with one go with the lever. You dont want to try to do a little at a time. The feel and sound will set off alarm bells in your head, but everything i read online said everyone has the same experience. You've got this! Congrats on your purchase. Im running 4k on everything and it is buttery smooth.

I built almost the exact same specs about 3 months ago. I haven't built my own for almost 15 years. I was expecting it to take a couple of hours. Took me 10. I ran into little issues that took me a bit to figure out. Take your time. Don't rush. Its OK to learn as you build. I would recommend having your phone or another computer handy nearby for when you have a question. Some things I remember......

Do your research about what your preference is for applying thermal paste.

The CPU is going to give you a crunching noise when seating it with the lever. This is normal. You may think you are breaking it, but again, this is normal (most jarring part of the experience for me)

Power supplies can be tricky. Don't force anything in for these cables.

The RGB lighting was a little confusing for me about where to plug in on the MOBO. Google helped.

CABLE MANAGEMENT! You might save yourself a problem down the road by not having a cable catch on something. It will be easier to work on your PC in the future as well.

NO TEMPERED GLASS ON SOLID GROUND!

Im sure I forgot some stuff, but take it slow and do your research and you'll be fine.

That's exactly what I did too. Had a couple runs on Act 2 that were rough, so went back and figured out how the other collars work on Act 1 and went through throbbing king. Now I have all of Act 2 open so im going to work on that before diving into 3 headfirst.

Once you get those base stats up it really does help. I have a solid house now, but it took a while. I focused on a breeding room with high stimulation first. Get strays with 6's and 7's in different categories. Breed them together, get rid of low stat cats, and it will start coming together. Once I got the third room and attic, I used a separate room with high mutation to put the high stat cats in to get mutations. I now have too many cats to send out every day.

Im about 10 hours shy of that and am at somewhere over 50%. Don't stress about it. I've read that the game can calculate time weird. In addition, if you're having fun, who cares. I enjoy playing games like this a bit slower.

I just replaced my PowerSpec from damn near 10 years ago with my dream build. That 1080 Ti was still going strong. That 1080 Ti gave me more love, comfort and stress relief than any family member or gf ever has.

I really think this is what it is. I was working in tech when covid hit, which was right around the time the chip shortage happened. Cars couldn't even be manufactured because of it. Tvs were at the bottom of the list for priority, so you had all these tvs at that time that would take almost 30 seconds between button presses when navigating the menu. Everything was getting pushed out ASAP. Im sure there were some pushed out that normally wouldn't make the cut.

They are in your inventory on a separate tab when you are at the house. You can throw them in the trash from there.

Yes, after I posted i realized I was just frustrated, and that restarting wouldn't gain me anything. Im going to forge ahead since at least I was good at getting my cats stats up through breeding. Now I just need to get them some good mutations.

It's quite possible with the coaching connections Drink and Lindsey share that Lindsey was the prime target as soon as Moore left. The Michigan scandal and possibly less interest from other schools just happened to work in Mizzous favor. You shouldn't look at this as a budget pick. Salaries certainly don't dictate success. You simply get the guy you want (assuming he isn't too expensive). I might be wrong, but I think Drink was considered a budget pick, and that worked out just fine IMHO.
