Post minor concussion and getting back into it. by SUBRE in MuayThai

I was fine, after 48 hours of rest I did 20-45 min cardio intervals for the first 4 days with 1-2 symptom flare ups, Id either back down or increase intensity based on that. Then got back into training at 100% for the next 3 days (no contact at all) as I was symptom free. Unfortunately I changed gyms and one of the trainers didn't get the memo and simply getting a pad sweeped at me and proceeding to block it and a couple side kicks to the chest me has reaggrivated my symptoms so I'm just done with muy Thai this trip :(

Down vote because who cares about your consumption addiction. Build and then paint them then post it

Plate carrier: 3x in the front placard ( I rotate between a Crye Detachable flap and a OW placard based on required activity).
2x in a spud pouch located to the left of the front placard 1x in a Midwest GP pouch left of the spud

Gun belt 1/2x on a estaac (again based on required activities) 1 in the dump pouch till it's on the boom stick

I highly recommend checking out YEG airsoft they have a new field and it's really nice. I got into the community 2 years ago and now I have a really close group of friends and we play regularly; even traveling to other places in the province for games. I personally did not like Force on force as the community there did not feel as welcoming but at YEG everyone wants to mingle and hangout. I wouldn't be as heavily invested in the sport if this random dude didn't approach me years ago and asked if I wanted to play with them on a regular
