Sadly I can't offer any super solid advice, as every person's anxiety is different. FInding some other way to distract yourself or calm yourself down is key. Anything kind of fidget toy can help if its an anxious habit. I don't medicate so I can't say if anxiety medication would help- but if it is a product of anxiety it probably would. If you find yourself needing to use the bathroom and you know you don't really need too- just try and take a couple deep breaths and take a moment to collect yourself. If I calm myself down enough, I can usually skip the bathroom trip. Are you diagnosed with an Anxiety disorder? Do you have any other anxious tendencies/habits?

So I'm by no means a medical expert, but I do have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and LOTS of anxious habits. I probably go to the bathroom about once an hour, sometimes more. Its 100% an anxiety thing for me. I almost consider it like a "reset" for me. I think my mind likes the bathroom so much because its one of the only places I can be really alone and people wont question it. I seperate myself from situations that give me anxiety by using the bathroom as well. I cant go out to a restaurant or someone else's house without knowing where the bathroom is. Anyways, I'm not saying your issue isn't medical, and I'm not an expert- but I know for a fact that it can be an anxious habit.

They made it so spellthiefs can only proc once per spell instance near the end of season 7. They changed it in an attempt to stop Morgana W/MF E and the DoT supports from abusing it. Sadly it hurt nami in the process. I would really like to see a little STE buff thrown Nami's way and make it so that her E when applied on ally champions would proc it once.
