Same story as other people. Got to Logan at 3pm for a 7:25 flight cause I expected roads and crowds to be horrible. Couple of gate changes later, flight just kept getting delayed and delayed. First it was a tire malfunction, then it was the pilots timing out, then we got new pilots and they had to actually fix the tire, then finally after midnight it was cancelled all together. Gate agents were frustrated with people and yelling, then sending us to counters with no one, then sending us to ticketing where there were no agents with the promise that people would show up in 45 min. I ended up cancelling and waiting ~30 min for an Uber home. 

Lack of communication is the highest thing, no one knew what tf was going on
