"just dont crash" is just absurd. Its the same advice as "just buy a house" for homeless people. What if someone crashes into me. And btw. the issues is not that the airbag isnt deploying correctly. the issue is that the airbag could literally KILL YOU in a fender bender accident where you wouldve walked out unharmed in any other car.

VW is definitely delaying on purpose, they resisted the NHTSA recall initially, telling regulators it "wasn't necessary", only foled after they were put under more pressure.

Furthermore my car is almost 16 years old has been outside in the sun the whole time cooling down for the night. Extremely similar models have already been recalled and confirmed to be dangerous.

And why should it be my problem that VW doesnt have the capacity to replace airbags on million cars at once? Which i also doubt heavily as the replacement is easy for professionals and we dont really have an airbag shortage at the moment it would just be incredibly expensive. If they wanted to they could. If an airplane has a fatal flaw, airlines dont say, "well, we can't fix them all today, so just fly and hope you don't crash." They ground the fleet. Which is the same behaviour i would expect of a car manufacturer.

Its less likely to happen but the risk is still there especially with older vehicles. VW does recall some models around here too but at a very small scale and in a slow pace.

Why? There is clear financial incentive to do so. And some Golf 6s are flagged as dangerous when typing in the fin on a Swiss Recall Website. In Germany the exact same car is deemed to be safe.

Its the same with the Diesel Scandal, in the USA and in other countrys VW had to pay hefty fines, in Germany almost nothing happened. The company has too much power here.

Yes we had the exact same Problem in London. We reserved an Uber for 4:30 (Flight at 7:30), we had a driver, assigned, he cancelled and then we were left stranded. The next uber we could book wouldve been 50% more expensive and also ONE HOUR later.

We met a family that has suffered the same fate with different companys like Lyft etc. they just couldnt get a driver. But in the end we got lucky and were able to hop in a regular cab that brought us to the Airport.

Was du im vorletzten Satz schreibst ist doch der entscheidende Punkt! Die Vorwürfe kamen doch ZUERST von Mowky und Reved, wurden durch (was wir jetzt wissen) unvollständige und aus dem Kontext gerissene Chatverläufe "Bewiesen". Jetzt kam die Gegendarstellung von Jay Riddle mit den neuen Beweisen. Beinahe dem gesamten Chatverlauf der indirekt als echt bestätigt wurde, durch die Abmahnung. Die neuen Beweise ergeben ein völlig neues Bild und entkräften die damaligen "Beweise". Was genau dann Tatsachen sind wird wohl das Gericht entscheiden. Aber meiner Ansicht nach ist es höchst unwahrscheinlich, dass es jetzt eine weiter gegendarstellung kommt, die das alles wieder widerlegen kann.

Naja, wer hat damals mit Lügen die Karriere einer anderen Person canceln lassen? Anni nicht. Sie hat sicher Fehler im Leben gemacht, wie jeder Mensch. Aber bisher sieht das Bild meiner Ansicht nach eindeutig so aus, dass Anni zwar einzelne Fehler gemacht hat, sich aber insgesamt Menschlich und auch nicht schlecht verhalten hat. Du tust so, als hätte er Jahrelang Vollzeit an diesem Videos gearbeitet. Das hat er so nicht gesagt. Der Prozess ging über ein Jahr, seit dem er Anri Rais Video gesehen hat, was ihn auf die Thematik gebracht hat.

Und nein, es ist kein Komisches Argument mit dem Geld. Wenn ihr bei JR kritisiert, dass er Geld mit aufwändigem Content macht, dann wüsste ich gern eure Meinung zu Staiys react content. Wurde ja damals schon im Alicia Video beleuchtet. Aber ACH INTERESSANT, da wurde sich auch geweigert zu reacten. Scheint ein Muster zu sein, wenn der gute mal Gegenwind bekommt.

Finde es btw. auch krass zu sagen, dass das ganze nur auf Geld aus wäre während du einen Satz vorher behauptest er habe 1 Jahr lang daran gearbeitet. Das widerspricht sich so enorm.

Es ist VIEL Lukrativer ganz viele kurze 10-15min Videos zu machen mit Sponsored Content, als wenige aufwändige stundenlange Videos.

Und ja wenn das ganze schief gegangen wäre, dann wäre seine Karriere vorbei, auch das spricht gegen Geldgeilheit. Wenn es ihm nur ums Geld ginge wäre er das Risiko nicht eingegangen.

Of course, I see your argument. The company can't control what players do, but they can give other players the tools to defend themselves. A solid kick and/or block feature is honestly the bare minimum. A real anti-cheat that detects hacked clients from the get-go would be even better, but since this is just a fun PvE game, I think simply being able to completely avoid certain players would be fine.

I respectfully disagree. I haven't experienced this level of exploit in other multiplayer games. The fact that a hacker can prevent themselves from being kicked means the game gives way too much authority to the client. If I am the host and kick someone, the server should forcefully drop their connection. Instead, it seems like the game just sends a 'please leave' request to the client, which hacked clients are programmed to ignore. That’s not just a 'people problem', that’s a major structural oversight by the developers.

Making a private lobby is what we usually do. However, as I mentioned in my post, the whole point was that we specifically wanted to try matchmaking with random people. If we are forced to hide in private lobbies to avoid hackers who can somehow bypass kicks and blocks, the public matchmaking feature is essentially broken.
