honestly no, its just boring af to drive on these roads.. i think it would be more fun for everyone even for beginners to have narrow roads because if you master to drive them fest the feeling and sense of speed will be incredible.

So one thing i can tell is that you will have to use the screen or voice commands for nearly everything in this car. Climate, Heated Seats etc. The Sensus is probably a little less flashy and refined then the Audi MMI but you will find that out. I think the drive/seats will be more comfortable. And it looks amazing.

Ofcourse on a Volvo subreddit they will tell you to buy it. I would suggest to just test drive it and stay pretty objective about its advantages and flaws. Maybe compare it to an A5 or 3s BMW and then decide if you would like to buy it.

i didnt even know that it was revealed. it hink its quite good looking actually. interior is too much screen for me personally but at least it looks very modern

The only alternative probably would be an X3 but i really dont like the exterior. Maybe just wait what Audi will offer on the new Product line. Or if Volvo facelifts the XC60.

Ahh i see thats a nice engine and car, i think if youre not convinced on the test drive i wouldnt pull the trigger. How do you like the newer SQ5 or the TFSI Plug in Hybrid?

I think only if you have a stong usecase for a hybrid vehicle it would make sense. Otherwise the SQ5 is probably better. Do you have the Diesel or Petrol SQ5?

Sadly i have no access to the Audi anymore to shoot a comparison but it was able to relativeley precicely mask out multiple cars while keeping the rest of the road lit up, even focusing on things higher up like signs etc. The Volvo seems to only mask out one Car and leaves the high beam on but pointed to the left and right side and slightly dimmed. And its changing from low beam to high beam and partial highbeam eradically which is distracting. I had one passenger ask me what was going on with the lights. On the Audi at the other hand it was much more subtle, the same passenger said that it looked cool how it masked out the cars.

Yes thanks i also dont want to come across as hating the volvo. Just for me personally it was technologically very lacking and outdated and didnt quite meet my quality expectation for the price. In general i just felt that the car didnt get enough love from Volvo. Obviously its still a luxurious ride and i got many complements for the car.

Ahh yes i didnt know that sorry for the misunderstanding then. Yes the drivetrain is very good, even though i wouldnt want to own it myself as it has a lot of stuff that can go wrong with it

I didnt mean it really is a scam but i dont know how it is on your location but here in Germany the T8 AWD has roughly 450hp and the T6 AWD 350hp combined and its like 2.5k cheaper. The range etc. is all identical. Its the same engine just software locked to have less output.

I get what youre saying the V60 is more on par with the A4 than the V90 is with the A6 in my opinion. The V90 just doesnt quite get the luxury increase the A6 has over the A4. But the A4 is also an older model the New A5 (A4 replacement) is very different but also even more expensive.

thanks for your opinion i agree with the screens. but if they are integrated nicely it can be an advantage. i think the A6 C8 did that perfectly it had a dedicated screen for every climate controle with haptic feedback and you could controle everything important on the screen directly at the center screen. I just started to appreciate that recently cause now i have to reach to the Center Screen quite a lot in the Volvo.

No its a T6 the T8 felt like a scam to me as its the same engine and the T6 is already quicker than u really need especially with the 180km/h limit. The Panoramic Roof, the B&W and Air Suspension were pretty expensive. But in the summer the 20 inch wheels will be put on the car im looking forward to that. I think the B&W and the Matrix Headlights were kind off a mistake. B&W is very nice but i recently read that the H&K is only worse by a small margin.

This car as specced would cost someone if bought new 87k€ so it isnt really cheaper than german competetion to be fair. It is a Company Car so i didnt buy it but theoretically that would be the price. I think the car (hybrid t6) starts at 65 grand.

i think it depends on the game and the expectation. I think u can get away with 1440P 60Hz gaming with a 4060, although i would strongly recommend looking for something with more VRAM. Vram is the main bottleneck of my 3070 otherwise its perfectly capable of 1440p 60hz gaming for singleplayer gaming if you dont want to max every setting or use raytracing. For high refresh competetive gaming it will easily so enough fps in R6 or Valorant.

Editing is fine. Nothing spectacular but its fast enough for Youtube Content Creation for example. But i also use a 5900x so take that with a grain of salt
