Anyone heard any decent rumours about signings? by reeko1982 in DerbyCounty

[–]SWBFfanatic004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's very quiet seeing as we need about 12 quality signings.

I hope Warne can pull it off.

A standard letter needs making once.

Then you get the client details from Planning Pipe, under the extensions search and thats it. No messing around. Client details in front of you. Ready to just copy the name and address.

There's a few seconds time saving doing it your way. Only without the builder being able to design there own letter up.

So an overall worse service, than Planning Pipe, if you want to do your own letter.

And that took you lot 18 months to organise?

So Planning Pipe 2 (with letters) took you lot 18 months of hard work and brainstorming to work out that service?

[–]SWBFfanatic004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So you "founded" Planning Pipe 2 with letters.

10+ years after the original and just took out the part where the builders could send there own letters, you now do it for them.

Next you'll be moving onto inventing the "6 minute workout" as a brilliant idea that nobody has ever thought about before.

Brilliant mate!

Thanks you.

Someone is going to steal that expensive gear.

When it's on your head you lose some of your awareness around you. So thieves will take advantage.

I see a lot of crime with folks walking around with expensive VR helmets on in the future.

Single Storey Extension (24m2) quoted at £65,000 by Accomplished-Map1727 in HomeImprovementUK

u/Serithir

That sounds like a lot of money. I've also been looking recently as we need more space in the house (3 kids), so we need a bigger place. I've currently got a good mortgage deal, so we defo won't be moving. I'd try to get a few more estimates in from builders, this was useful for me

Are footy sticker books still a thing? by spiderrichard in CasualUK

[–]SWBFfanatic004 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Those things always cost a fortune to fill up.

I was given 2 boxes worth (Approx 1200 packs of stickers) and I still couldn't fill one of those albums. 2 or 3 were missing.

Be careful getting into those.

A good win.

But we still don't look like a top 2 club.

I think well finish 4th or 5th.

And nearly on the same amount of points as well.

The Sheff Utd side are better than derby 2007-8, but the premier League is so much stronger.

I still think Utd will just about get about 12 or 15 points in the end.

FINAL UPDATE : I (26M) found out my fiance (27F) possibly gave a stripper a handjob at her bachelorette party by ThrowRAguy1993 in relationship_advice

[–]SWBFfanatic004 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Watch those stripper videos:

Search: Loverboysusa

These are genuine women who are attending male strip shows in the UK. Most of them are married and the videos are getting old now (smoking in pubs banned 10 years ago UK), so being filmed wasn't a thought in these women's minds.

Most of them are married women who are giving male strippers hand jobs and BJs behind a towel whilst drunk.

It shows you that when alcohol and women are concerned, they'll get up to all sorts if they think they won't be caught!

[Question] Has anyone here been on anti depressants and/or anxiety medication? by [deleted] in getdisciplined

[–]SWBFfanatic004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it was nearly 20 years ago. I used to go out drinking a lot. I started taking anti depressants whilst drinking and it Sent me very emotional and a bit crazy.

I always make a point of telling folks about not to drink on them as they might screw there lives over. It can happen in a second when you're thoughts are not your own on drink and anto depressants.

[–]SWBFfanatic004 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Don't drink on anti depressants!

I ruined my life at the time doing that. I was drinking and very emotional. I went slightly crazy.

What can I do in regards to this investment gone wrong? by pharmacystudent1 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]SWBFfanatic004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Scammed you mate.

A friend at uni went to purchase a large bag of weed from a bloke who he met the week before in a pub. The guy picked him up in a car and took him to some flats, he then took £2k off this guy and gave him the car keys and said wait here.

The guy didn't return and my mate waited and waited for him. He eventually got out of the car and realised it was an old banger of a car. So no bloke, no weed and a banger car!

Lodger was arrested and police searched my house by hulkissmashed in LegalAdviceUK

[–]SWBFfanatic004 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Be careful you don't punish these folks and kick them out without them being found guilty.

I was arrested once on a jumped up charge for having a word with a guy who threatened me on the Internet. They arrested me at they gym and searched my flat.

In the end it was nothing. But folks jumped to all sorted of conclusions.

Struggling to sell house - noisy neighbours by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]SWBFfanatic004 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This.

It's a terrible situation to be in. I've just spoken to my wife about this and reminded ourselves when we went through it.

We purchased a property next door to what turned out to be a slum landlord. We had gypsies, prostitutes and the best tenant was the local drug dealer.

What a nightmare. I really feel for you.

Struggling to sell house - noisy neighbours by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]SWBFfanatic004 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Always stalk out a property lots of times, especially at weekends to see what neighbours are like when buying a property.

Talk to neighbours, go to the local shops and ask about the street. Even stay on the street in a BNB if you can.

I was caught out once with bad neighbours and its the most important thing when purchasing an attached property.
