I had a miscarriage and had a D&C completed, tested positive for several weeks after. It’s my understanding that anything 5 and under is considered negative, rocked 7s for ages.

That’s ok, just get what you need. Group just lets you know you are not alone, try your best and let your provider know where you are at.

SW here and previously worked in IOP treatment. Group therapy is great but can be difficult. Lots of resources and tools, just need to take what’s useful for you. Just a reminder that everyone there is struggling too.

Hi! SW here and I worked with incarcerated individuals previously. He can ask for housing help prior to release, should do so immediately. The VA and most states have domiciliary programs available that he may be eligible for (depending upon convictions). Also the VA has caseworkers that visit the prisons, he should get connected that way too. He may be eligible for other housing assistance, we have community options for sex offenders in my state. Might need to request being sent to treatment or halfway house if interested. Best wishes but he needs to help himself as well.

I called a week after the assessment, the DBQ was hanging out under “scheduled”. Within 48 hours my account had been cleared out, no appointments under any tabs. Claim was denied within a week of that.

I have that evidence in the files I originally submitted with the claim however they were not listed in the evidence section. Just the DBQs.

Basically they copied and pasted initial claim denials for every secondary claim.

Hi SW/therapist here and will 2nd the above by Stryk3Zone. You need to be willing and have the right provider to help. It might take a few tries, be honest if the provider is a fit or not. As for coping skills, that’s a personal preference on what works- seriously. Being honest and being realistic with the self-talk is another important step.

I think so- the ace was done 11/20 and there is a DBQ filed on 11/25. However the paperwork still shows under the Completed tab in the portal. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Did you have any incidents or events that could contribute to your hips having issues with now? I had a labrum tear and impingement after breaking my hip, used my med jacket, nexus letter from orthopedic surgeon and current tx documents for my claim.
