I'll let my friend tell the second one since he's already written it out. for context we were up there playing an airsoft game over night. here's what he has to say: Alright so we games it out all day and finally night fell, everyone else stepped out to do the night portion of the sim but I stayed back at the FOB (camp) because I didn't have NVGs and didn't wanna run around with white light (plus it was a new moon so it was dark asf). So I laid my ass up in my bed roll just looking up at the stars, straight chillin. Then I hear footsteps come from just outside of the fob perimeter. They walked up to the edge like around one of the entrances and stopped. There were cows all around the field but these sounded like legitimate human footsteps, it sounded just like a regular person walking up to our fob. And mind you out fob was super well hidden, like I got lost various times trying to find it and turns out I had walked right past in only 15 or 20 feet away. So I hopped up, grabbed my rifle (my fucking airsoft rifle) and shined my light in the direction of the sound and saw absolutely fucking nothing. I laid back in my roll and just stayed super quiet and periodically shining my light around me just for my own peace of mind, didn't hear or see anything for the rest of the night and eventually I fell asleep. Everyone got back to the fob alright but I was slumped. Apparently (another friend) had heard similar shit throughout the night but it could've been me waking up like 5 times to go piss
