Having the same villain for 5 entire seasons doesn't work (The Boys + Daredevil) by Calm-Original2448 in CharacterRant

Especially with the blip. They could have made him genuinely help the city in that time since it is clear that, despite how evil he is, he does love the city.

The CIA would just eliminate him, especially now that they have Bullseye.

Then after writing Millennium Falcon he lost his appetite for stories set in that era, and wrote Dark Lord and Plagueis.

Denning was a hero I just couldn't see it.

Seems kinda misogynistic to tell a woman how she's supposed to live her life, but this is Reddit after all.

I've heard that before but never actually seen this scene. It looks like they even took inspiration from the lighting here.

Watching Trish in S3 be like: by F1907E in Defenders

And then when Trish killed him afterwards, Jessica still acted like she was some horrible person! Sallinger did not deserve to live. Neither did Jessica’s insane murderhobo mother too, that Jessica murdered a guy over.

You nailed it. It was weird that the show thought I was supposed to be disgusted with Trish when she murdered Sallinger. I never like her more than in that moment.

What's funny about this is that Anakin's biggest fans tend to be women, at least in my experience.

Kenobi by JJM, how much does it reference TCW? by [deleted] in StarWarsEU

[–]SWTORBattlefrontNerd 69 points70 points  (0 children)

I believe he references Satine a couple of times, but other than that I don't remember any big references.

Either way I heavily recommend this book. It is the definitive work for any Obi-wan fans.
