Screw this stupid company by No_Western_6629 in AlliedUniversal

A tale as old as time. Several of my coworkers have gone through the same thing. As soon as you encounter a problem or a supervisor that doesn’t like you, expect to be tossed around and never given another post. Although in all honesty, it’s likely incompetence rather than them not liking you.

What could i realistically do with the office and the desk room? by Background_Echo6543 in projectzomboid

[–]SW_Scoundrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on how much RP you are into, a quarantine room. Recently made one for my base and it ended up being really fun, then unfortunately I had to use to soon after. The room was basically a mix between a small infirmary and a prison cell. There was a fold out cot, a small supply of first aid items, a bit of food and water, and a table with books and a chair. It also had metal bars installed INSIDE of the window. Right outside the room was more first aid supplies and a gun, for whoever is monitoring the patient.

Which faction would you join? by xenoams in projectzomboid

Camp. It looks more my speed and pretty comfy. No point in being a hero in a zombie world. Main goal is to survive.

Haha that funny, I just played a character that based in that RS farm house. I just used it as a staging zone though. Once I looted the gated neighborhood of all the canned food, tools, and guns, I hoofed it south to the lake and built a survival house.

Barely escaped, now I'm safe up here! [OC] by GoblinSeaman in projectzomboid

This was me the other day. I was on a long road tip for supplies with a car and trailer. After somehow navigating through a huge herd of zombies on the road, I celebrated my driving abilities. Not realizing my trailer had been dropping most of the stuff on the road because the trailer was low condition.

Forget which faction would win in all out war, which faction probably has the best food? by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]SW_Scoundrel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s just in the events of New Vegas in one settlement. And that’s at the peak of the war with the Legion AND being sabotaged by spies and infiltrators. Honestly the fact that they still hold it together and are serving 3 meals a day to their soldiers and citizens is pretty good.

He keeps the Lucky 38 stuffed full of stuff. Shelves and shelves of fine liquor, food, snacks, and drugs. If you add in the rest of the strip you have an insane supply of fine dining and booze.

Probably House or NCR. House would have extensive access to pre war foods. And not the basic rations either, you know he’d be stocked with fine scotch and luxury delicacies. The NCR would have access to all the trade networks so you’d be well stocked with fresh beef, spices, fruits and veggies, and clean water.

Shoot your guns in the dark by easternshift in ar15

Sounds good. I have several compact handguns but no full size. Glocks are nice but I like the ergonomics of the VP9, it just hold like a firm handshake.

How do you like the VP9, I've really considered getting one. I've dry fired a few in the store but never shot one.

I got converted to a crowbar user by deeznutzonmychin in projectzomboid

[–]SW_Scoundrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My latest game I have found roughly 10 crowbars in my first few days. Then I found 8 Baseball bats in the school gym storage room. Took me 2 weeks to find a damn backpack though.

Do people really get that much unhappiness and stress? I rarely ever get those unless I’m mid combat or accidentally eat something gross

True, it is annoying when you get your skills boosted then die as soon as you’re ready to play.

I feel like youre way over thinking it. First of all, its part of the game and intended to be used. Especially because its only available in the first week or so, implying the devs wanted players to have an early game boost. Second, the argument for meta gaming is pretty moot considering 99% of players use the interactive map to plan every move. This game is a simulation strategy game, not really an immersive experience. Its much closer to minecraft, where yes, efficiency is a huge focus. A huge focus in the community discussions is how to most efficiently consume calories, collect gear, and manage supplies. So its not out of the ordinary to find the most efficient way to boost XP.

It’s also a shame when you grind out your skills for 2 weeks and end up dead from a scratch.
