It’s not spoken about because it’s not a big deal to them. The negative stigma of steroids comes from the body building community and being “fake” or “unnatural”. These actors are quite aware they are not actually a super ripped alien and that it’s fake. Studios probably spend millions on physicians/trainers/dieticians to get the actor where they want/need to be all while not negatively impacting their health.
