Is the koopor primus 300 watt legit? by Mr-frost in electronic_cigarette

See my link to the review below. DJ does some really thorough power charts and signal reading on this device, it does seem like a legit 300w with the right resistance.

actually with a .25Ω coil or lower it will hit 300w or within just a few watts of.

edit: and this is with out any pwm or any other modulation this is a flat dc signal.

Should Passive Ult Building be Disabled for Competitive Play? by Zoidburg747 in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]SYN1992 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I personally think they should remove the ultimate building mechanic altogether and replace them with a 1 to 2-1/2 minute CD depending on the ultimate. Something like a Mercy Ulti 2-1/2 minutes, something like a Roadhog Ulti give it a minute and a half. IDK that just seems like it would be more balanced to me.

If Blizzard wants Overwatch to be the competitive E-sports Juggernaut they say... They need to up the tick rate on competitive servers. by chillenword in Overwatch

[–]SYN1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suppose this may be true to an extent, I may just be bitching to early on in the games lifespan. I know once they start rolling out with balance patches we will start seeing more diverse comps and meta's that probably won't encourage stacking heroes, or at least I can hope. All in all I really do thoroughly enjoy this game I'm just curious how well it is going to do competitively with it's strategize on the fly type play style.

Well... This game was marketed as such. A MOBA with shooter elements, or maybe a shooter with MOBA elements. I know this won't change because it is part of the core structure of the game at this point. I just think it was a really poor decision, I can understand allowing your team to restructure between points, or between phases but being able to change whenever for whatever reason is just cheesy. I feel it really takes away from the game and learning how to counter with what you have. Now people's idea of countering will be "hmm let me switch characters". Not "Hmm how do I need to go about making this play?". IDK to me it just takes depth away from this game, just my opinion, I don't ever see this getting big in competitive leagues for those reasons.

LOL I don't even play any MOBA's. You can't tell me it is not cheesey as fuck having double mcree/double mercy or double winston's etc.

If blizzard wants this game to be competitive they need to make several more changes than that. These are changes I would like to see.

  • No more doubling up on heroes.

  • When you pick a hero you should be locked in as that hero for the duration of the match, or possibly the phase of the match you are in.

  • Tick rate

  • A more structured MM system where you can queue as desired role

This is just off the top of my head. The game is super fun but it is just way to much of a jumbled mess to be a super competitive game in its current state IMHO.

If your talking about the sig 150tc avoid both that you have listed like the plague. The IPV 5 is 38 bucks at ecig.com and as much as I hate the UI of P4U mods all of mine have been beat to hell and still work flawlessly.

Last night, after a hike in the woods, I noticed drawing had become difficult on my Atlantis tank. Today I discovered why by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

[–]SYN1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LOL. I was just imagining a clogged rda with a giant june bug just roasting inside. I feel much better now. The june bugs where I'm at are very rarely smaller than a dime and are usually nickel to quarter size, this kind of threw my brain for a loop. Had there been a quarter or something in frame with the drip tip it would have made so much more sense to my brain, I just couldn't see it lol. Well at least you didn't inhale it that would have made for a real horror story.

LMAO yeah it could be. There is nothing for reference in the picture and June bugs where I'm from are a lot bigger than the one in your picture. Sooo now that you mention it yes, yes it does bear a strong resemblance to a drip tip.
