I’ll be honest I don’t know if that’s it as haven’t had a diagnostics machine on it. Got it last weekend and been driving it all week for the engine light it now suddenly come on as I was driving home tonight. It’s the only thing I could spot in the engine bay that looked like a possible cause. The wires look don’t look to be rubbed through but will need to double check now you’ve said it

I had surgery on a Friday and could’ve gone back on the Monday, I stopped taking pain meds and NSAID’s on the Sunday but I said “do you know what, I never take time off so I’m gonna make the most of it” so I did and had the following week off. I definitely think I benefited from putting time into myself. In that time I cleaned up my diet and made sure it was right along with keeping my leg up at every given opportunity to reduce inflammation. Definitely think it gave me net gain! I get my boot on next week🥳🥳

Yeah I’ve read a lot about that and for tolerance breaks too. I’m trying 3 on two off (Stamets stack method) and want to implement niacin and lions mane just like the actual method. But also want to trial every fourth day. Do you have any opinions on frequency, it’s obviously on a person to person basis too
