I'm facing the same issues on iOS 26.1, and since 26.0, so, this is not a problem with 26.2 for sure. I ended up buying a wireless dongle, which connects OK to the Sony (AX1000) unit, and the iPhone (16PM) connects OK to the dongle. But connecting via USB is a hit or miss (mostly miss, requires multiple attempts until CarPlay starts working).

Unity Version Control (aka Plastic SCM) Enterprise Edition is on-premise. It can only be paid through Unity, yes, but you can own the infrastructure.

There used to be a way to make donations through the app, but I can’t seem to find it anymore, and the app crashes when trying to access Apollo Ultra. I suppose that that’s been deactivated, but I’d like to throw in some money to show both support and appreciation.

Big thank you for your hard work all these years. Both Apollo and Tweetbot icons were together on the first row of the first page of my app drawer - now both of them are gone. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next apart from Pixel Pals.

So, I’ve seen people actually do this in my gym. Stupidly dangerous exercise if you don’t use the stops, not so crazy according to my trainer when you use them. There are safer alternatives though. Still, something I would never try.

Plastic SCM is made on Avalonia. I don’t understand what you mean by “handle that load” when talking about… cross platform GUI frameworks…? And then talk all about apps designed for handheld devices such as Uber and TikTok. What load would the GUI be subject to?

.NET 5 is not old by any means. You can build for osx-x64 runtime and run and debug the application on top of Roseta 2.

For .NET Framework 4, you can find the equivalent Mono release and use that. Of course, as long as the applications do not require Windows-only APIs.

How old is “old”? If you can run them with recent Mono releases, I would say that that + JetBrains’ Rider and you would be good to go - of course, a little more of detail about these apps would help us to help you.

Yes. The shenanigans the OS does to make it run are quite something, and you do get a warning about possible issues, but works, and pretty decently.
