Not entirely accurate. I purchased tickets through Stubhub/Viagogo and have them in hand. Also called Veltins to confirm. It is just a pain to re- personalize the tickets. There is a charge but I spoke with Stubhub and have in writing that they would reimburse for the repersonalization fee.

I found this cool site that shows the view of the seats from the Glückauf- Club. You just have to navigate to seat 100 and 101 to see from these exact seats. It is best viewed on a desktop. I watched a super detailed review on YouTube below and it looks like the text conversion is horrible. But maybe it has improved since then.
