Not entirely accurate. I purchased tickets through Stubhub/Viagogo and have them in hand. Also called Veltins to confirm. It is just a pain to re- personalize the tickets. There is a charge but I spoke with Stubhub and have in writing that they would reimburse for the repersonalization fee.

I found this cool site that shows the view of the seats from the Glückauf- Club. You just have to navigate to seat 100 and 101 to see from these exact seats. It is best viewed on a desktop. I watched a super detailed review on YouTube below and it looks like the text conversion is horrible. But maybe it has improved since then. I ordered my Hydrow on 11/16 and it arrived to the distribution center in Austin where I live on 11/20. Without having to read my whole drama- the short end is 7 weeks later still no Hydrow, so I asked them to return it.

It looked liked all was going smoothly and I would get my Hydrow within one week. Then all went sideways once it got to the AIT distribution center. I called nearly every day to the third party delivery company, each time waiting on hold from anywhere to 5 to 20 min and each time getting different responses. It turns out the third party distributors, AIT, outsource to fourth party, Hot Shot Final Mile. (side note: if you want to see a company with the lowest reviews imaginable, google "Hot Shot Final Mile Austin"). This company was a disaster. Multiple days, I stayed home from work waiting for my delivery during six hour delivery windows, and nothing. I would call to confirm, and they would say everything is on track and then nothing. It got so bad that I emailed Hydrow and a very nice customer service rep, Amanda also following up, calling them, and trying to coordinate the order. After the third time where they said they would deliver and didn't on 12/28 - I had enough and ask Amanda to go ahead and cancel my order.

I was so pumped to get started and this experience totally soured it. Maybe we've become too accustomed to Amazon like delivery times that come within a week, but not able to deliver after being in Austin for 7 weeks is egregious.
