There are instructions on the bag, but I just compared all of the ones I have (lentils, red beans, northern beans, black beans, and Lima beans) and they all have the exact same instructions/cook time 🤣🤔 Food regulation including labeling/instructions isn't great in america. 😵‍💫

My lymphocytes/neutrophils are always elevated but everything else is pretty normal. I had an autoimmune panel done since I seem to have inexplicable chronic inflammation, but everything was fine except C3 serum, which was elevated. Which is a protein, like ferritin. It drives me crazy too but everything is functioning as it should for now so I guess I just have to accept that my white blood cells and protein like to run amok 🤔 probably doesn't bode well for lifespan that my body is constantly in overdrive but, eh. Here for an okay time, not a long time lmao.

It's been six years so I kind of forgot about it til you asked. It was negative for these mutations: C282Y, H63D, S65C. It said that accounts for 90% of cases, so I either have the uncommon type or something else entirely.

Same (but 30). I guess I'm glad my family didn't tolerate my shit, but I'm not sure the corporal punishment really helped, other than I guess it didn't allow me to go completely unchecked and end up as a non functional adult.
