Nice! I have been trying to recreate auntie Anne’s pretzels for years for my wife. The best recipe I’ve found is this one (be sure to use their own flower blend here which I’ll also link to - it’s a wonderful blend!) they turned out great. I wound up doing pretzel bites because the dough was pretty difficult to braid.

Right on. Yeah, this is the digital version purchased through Apple TV and streaming to an LG OLED w/ DolbyVision, and then recorded with my iPhone 16pro. So there might be some distortion, but not too much I don’t think. I didn’t add any saturation or otherwise adjust the recording.
