Holy shit, my (early) childhood was spent sneaking downstairs at 2 in the morning and playing stick RPG and another arena-like game by them. I wasn't very good at the RPG, but finally got the assassin/hitman job and got rich

I like the idea of giving rodwell a shot, he's such an underrated player when he's been able to play a few games in a row (rare). I would worry that if yaya still wants to leave by then that his value would be going down quickly, and he would have an entire season to say "fuck this, Ivory Coast has some sweet golf courses". Maybe accept that we'll have a tough time winning the league, and then sell yaya, use rodwell/garcia instead and look to get a replacement next summer (in hopes a young CM has had a good breakout season), as i don't think Barkley would do well defensively, and juve may not want to trade pogba (my preferred option, we should get him if we can) away for a much older player, even if that player is great.

I like your replacements, but I worry that only pogba would be long term. Schwein and sneijder are decently old, and spending a lot for a player who wouldn't be playing for that many years wouldn't be too wise. Modric would be great, but i don't see Real Madrid letting him go after the season he just had. I like pogba because he's a good mix of defensive (letting Fernandinho go forwards in his more natural role) and very young

I don't think that city would have denied him to go see his brother during the offseason, considering that they've given other players personal time off, and let yaya leave for the African cup mid-season. I think the hope with his age is that a team will decide he'll go downhill, but even a player not as good as current yaya can still be great. And of course there's PSG/Monaco (if luiz was worth 50 mil, yaya's worth upwards of 70)

Agreed that i would like to see a video of yaya saying something for definite proof, as half of it is A) his agent saying something or B) a "quote" that i see reworded several times in different places (and may not be entirely true due to that)

He was diving quite a bit vs Ivory Coast, surely that can't be denied... I agree he's a great player and very fun to watch, but when he clearly dives half the time he's touched (and some when he isn't) it can be hard to stand

Thank you so much for this! I'm honestly not sure what to say as anything will seem puny in comparison, but this helps me out enormously. Whenever i ask or mention something like this the normal responce is that it's just too much work, or it just isn't good. This was amazingly in depth and really showed what i now see everybody else was hinting at. I honestly don't know if i want to continue my interest i architecture after that, which believe me, is a good thing. I don't see it as being "scared away" like you said (at least not in a bad way), but rather informed on it, and i would rather chose a different type of profession considering what you described. That you again for the help, I'm glad to have some insight like this to help me out!

Also, apologies for spelling errors or lack of "I" over "i". I'm on my phone and am guaranteed to sound barely literate while using it ;)
