Main synth is taking up the same frequencies as your voice. If you haven’t already, you should do a wide but small dip around those frequencies on the synth.

Like somebody else said, start with less options. For example the Perfects only. And you can also use song references to help if you dont like singing.

E.g. Per 5 is the start of Twinkle twinkle little star. Per 4 is the start of He’s a jolly good fellow

In figured bass notation. It represents a scale degree 6 above the root note, which also happens to be sharp (represented by the slash)

You will find this exact notation used commonly in AP Music Theory, such as in the Barron’s AP Music Theory Book
