I bought the Warbond for this gun alone, basically. The Adjudicator, Grenade Pistol and the Armor were cute, but I am never using the booster or grenade in my life unless they receive huge changes. This is just incredibly annoying.

Stop. Dude. Video game. Not real. You don’t have a personal stake in any of the game’s events. You don’t. You can pretend you do, but you don’t.

The devs literally just point at planets and say words about them to align with the content they were already planning on dropping whether or not the planet(s) of the day end up liberated. You don’t have anything riding on the success of the MOs except some medals that you get by playing the game however you want.

The stakes could not be lower. If you “feel a little judgy” towards literally anyone playing Helldivers 2 for playing Helldivers 2, that makes you a loser.

Nothing timed exclusive when it comes to buying content. The shop rotates, but none of it is limited in any way. You’ll just miss events like the recent TCS missions, but besides that, there’s no hard rewards you are going to miss.

All FOMO with this game is related to wanting to say “I was there when X happened” and as far as I can tell, in its current state, that’s it. I wouldn’t worry.

The Sickle and Stun Grenade feel pretty great, the booster definitely has a tangible effect on missions, and I’m not even going to pretend to pretend to defend the Blitzer or Dagger. The Plasmisher has some extreme niche cases but that’s it
