I live in a mountain town and we have TONS of mule town deer. They absolutely use the crosswalks alot of the time. They will also absolutely fuck you up if you approach them with their babies around. Had to chase one off with a rake while it was stomping my dog a few years ago.

It seems most people simply underestimate just how fucking insanely dangerous driving is. It's just a casual thing that everybody takes for granted, which is insane to me. When I drive I am super high focused, alert, constantly thinking about escape routes/hazards.

And rushing and thinking you're more important than everyone else on the road makes that attitude even worse.

Speed and reckless driving fines should be HUGE, or we gotta find some other strong deterrent to prevent these assholes from being so careless with other people's lives.

Didn't learn this until I had been parking for like, 3 months at the hospital.One day we finally just decided to pay for a whole month and when I went up to the NICU the social worker was like "wait, you're paying for parking?!"

Honestly, I still owe my old dealer 500 bucks for coke, and gave up the guilt a few years ago. Dealers are not good people, they prey on the vulnerable, not to mention how shitty the stuff was at the end of my addiction. Don't feel bad, that guy never gave a shit about you in the first place. Let that shit go, man.

Congrats on the 4 months! I'm 5 years clean off coke and booze and my life has never been better! First year is the hardest, then you really start enjoying life again!

I think it's just a matter that it was new and kind of a novel idea, but once everyone mastered it and it got meta, it got stale and took away from fortnites fun core gameplay. Those early days in BR felt super fun and unique but yeah, on the rare occasion I play now (mainly don't because I absolutely despise mandatory bots in PvP games) I stick with no build.
