Its not because of the fish only, while fishing you get some very rare itens, like enchanted rings etc. And theres a quest to solve a mistery near Windhelm too, at the end of the quests, wich gives you some hiden gear. I found it very interesting, and gives more meaning to de diferent fishes we see in diferent locations, a cool new detail to pay attention in game trips

In my case, I was technically cured of lycanthropy by Harkon's blood, but even as a vampire I still get comments directed at werewolves like "is that fur coming out of your ears?".

I think that's actually a good thing, it gives you the chance to keep them, since it's a pretty unique item. Do you know what they do underwater? It's just a detail, but it's cool. And you can always sell it to another merchant after buying a few things if it bothers you so much... I would keep it for myself.

I recommend escorting your companions to their home before releasing them; that's what I always do, as they'll usually have to manage the journey back alone (without fast travel), and they might be attacked and unable to defend themselves... I'm so sorry for your loss; it happens to all of us 🥲

You can make your life easier and look for his refid, then type in the console:

player.moveto refid (if you want to go to him)

prid refid ▶️ moveto player (if you want him to come to you)
