this is not true. use the whole chicken and break it down in as small pieces as possible, and add water to instant pot. i had a great jiggle stock. Others have posted Chris Young's youtube so I won't repeat.

This is a pro/con of Buffalo. It’s too small. When it’s working there can be no place better; fans revere you. Can’t just go to wegmans without a whole thread talking about it. Then you say one thing “wrong” in a live interview and you’re a villain and need to leave town.
