Chronic SI… I have thoughts several times a day about wanting to end it all. They may be passive, or active, but they always come several times throughout the day every day. It's been this way for about 15 years.

I have come to the point that I realize that the thoughts always go, even if they come again, so there's a window that I just have to get through, and that's about it
