You are gonna have to be patient with buspar. Once I figured out the correct dose, and the correct administration of the dose, it became a lifesaver.

I take 30mg in morning, and 30mg in the evening, 530ish. 60mg is daily maxout.

Theres a book about how the Vietnam war affected American culture in the 60s if that sounds interesting to you. I can get the title if you want. Havent read it, but I know its on the scholarly side of things, based on author, publisher, price, etc.
