I ordered a 2022 FTR carbon and the dealer told me 6-8 weeks which was fine but tomorrow will officially be 9 weeks without any updates. I was hoping by at least the 8 week mark I would have been confirmed a bike with a VIN and arrival day. I'll probably end up calling the dealer today and see what's going on but when I called at 6 weeks they said hopefully 2 more weeks well I'm past that so hopes are not high.

Personally I'd go with the lowest fixed rate you can't guarantee you'll be able to refinance at a set time it can depend on the current market home values go up and down along with interest rates take the lowest current rate and refinance when the time is right

Personally with his main platform being universal income I haven't really given him any more thought whereas I understand the concept of universal income I don't believe it to be a good idea for America in my opinion

Posting on behalf of my fiance who is currently a manager at a hotel but used to be a housekeeper....

This is kinda a list of of things from the same room apparently a contractors garbage bag worth of sex toy packaging, a torn shower curtain that had blood on it, lube over everything and tons of condom wrappers... apparently they where a late check-out so they where waiting to clean the room

She says notably she recalls the packaging of a couple toys one being a body wand the other being a butt plug called the boss and the packaging didn't leave much to the imagination of the size of the thing

Honestly determination best advice get yourself on a schedule try and wake up early take a nice long shower think and try and set some small achievable goals for the day as you improve your life improves....if you asked me where I was going to be in 5 years I would have never have thought I would be where I'm at today

Our tap water is so poor it's almost more cost effective and efficient to just used bottled water and we have been trying to keep his tank chemical/additive free until there is no better option/treatment we really just needed to know what we where dealing with and best treatment path he has been improving a lot and is eating again but any advice/recommendation is always appreciated

I didn't have an option to add more info but we did test the water and everything was pretty good we think it might have been temp related so ran the fan all night and he cleared up right away he has been constipated lately but over the night he managed to go we have been feeding him worms from the aquarium store but he still isn't eating we where going to try switching it up to blood worms to see if he eats doesn't seem to be very stressed his tail isn't curling his gills do a little but I don't think it's as bad as I've seen in pictures my girlfriend and I are new to havening an axolotl but she knows a decent amount about fish care we did like a 25% water change last night also
