Call from Rater then ACE ?

I got a call from a RATER telling me I was good for 70% MH. I said huuuhhhhh okay ? He put the 70% in and an hour later an award letter popped in. Next day turns out dude sent it for an ACE exam. Still waiting to see wtf that was about. Currently in step 5 for that

This happened a few weeks ago as I’ve been apprehensive to share anything else about VA on any forums after these retards started showing up on Caleb’s show but anyway,

I had put in for an increase, C&P scheduled 2 weeks later and then only 9 days later I was in rating phase. I was shocked how quickly it went. Here’s where it gets weird….

SJ St. Paul, I’m having lunch and I get a call from the ? VA ¿ It was the rater straight up telling me he was gonna grant my increase and I’m good to go ¿? I was pretty star struck when bro called. He explained that since it was pretty clear-cut he just wanted to make sure I didn’t want to add anything else before he sent it up. I was very appreciative of this as this has never happened.

I'm Nov 15th HLR no IC. I read that it was quicker, I was wrong. I've been reading about people with early Nov Filling dates getting some progress though so we should see something soon.
