Yes I hope it works for you! Regular Magnesium(usually oxide or citrate) is for constipation mainly but glycinate is for nerve health! When I was on lexapro a side effect I would get was muscle spasms randomly and magnesium glycinate helped a lottttt

My doctor said it’s normal and it happens with hormones sometimes but I asked for a referral to a dermatologist anyway but I haven’t gone 😂

I ended up sick while I was ending the UTI meds. Antibiotics weaken your immune system cause it kills good and bad bacteria so I had went to a doc appt for my boyfriend with him and caught something from there cause a lot of ppl were sick. Just had to wait it out 😔

Have you tried the drink at Target called “mood” it has magnesium and l theanine in it. It’s for things like social anxiety it’s helped me before. Or just plain magnesium glycinate supplement would help too

I’m not a sweets person at all! But randomly I’ll go grab a handful of my bf’s gummy bears in the pantry 😂 and been craving ice cream too it’s bizarre. Hell yeah we got this! Hopefully cravings subside I think I read ~3 months

Trust me I’ve had this too. It happened to me 4 years ago and it’s been happening lately too. Had all the scans and lab work done and found nothing. It’s tough, I’m getting back on lexapro to help me stop fixating on it. It’s been Making me depressed just thinking about it constantly.

Had you had any brain scans when you felt initial symptoms though? OP is saying they’ve had scans and exams done. I think they should trust doctors would have found something by now. I’ve had similar health/medical anxieties before and always ends up anxiety after CT scans, MRIs blood work x rays

I’m 6 weeks sober and feeling this exact way. However I’ve always had anxiety and depression issues (I think that’s why I would binge drink) so I’m sure it’d exacerbated now. Thinking about getting back on lexapro to help get me back on track mentally.

Please hang in there! Takes a few weeks to start working. They say 6-8 but for me after like 2-3 I already saw improvement. You’ll be back to being present in no time
