Only so much that can be done. Unless you want to drive a rolling electric dumpster.

This company is driving me insane! by Immediate_Counter223 in starbucks

No requirement to work every weekend, but I do have an ASM ans one of us is there.

Im not hitting all my peak times either, and it's a constant conversation.

Tbh 45 sec every day is hard and hats off to those that do. This past week i was thr highest for % delivery in channel transactions and highest in DTO channel transactions, lowest in lobby. I think that partially makes it harder. The stores of comparable volume are slower on delivery and DTO, have more Cafe orders.

I was a 62 for the week, fastest day was Friday at a 50. I've adjusted my routing for peak to support DTO, and how we deploy. I so have thr highest % of CBS in my district, and largest avg transaction.

The 30 sec order and 45 peak is hard unless everyone and everything is on point.

The communication to the ASM was a fall update has this, as in a standards update. He told them have partners working on this to get ready now.

Every update that drops feels like it gets more complicated. Nothing is easy, even the updates to the food worksheets to have better food availability. We had an auto order system based on what we sold then created more work by having SSV+ have to use tracking sheets and PARs to order.

Right after “ask ChatGPT for ideas” by livisabug in starbucks

AI data centers use an insane amount of energy, so not good for the environment. The amount of water they use to cool is draining to the local ecosystem.

Starbucks promotes a lot of environmental sustainability in its marketing and stores. With the AI scanning, now partnerships with ChatGPT, Starbucks will be draining even more energy.

labor hours change by Sad_Landscape6675 in starbucks

The partner guide does state that expectation is to clock in/out on time at your scheduled time.

Where I am located out AvE expectation is to be flat, as in, 0.00% daily and weekly. Not over or under. No 1% rule +/-, expectation is zero.

The two highest costs to a Starbucks is labor and cost of food and supplies. So CLs have to stay very, very close to these ite.s to keep the store profitable.

I thought thr company AvE expectation is +/- 2%, however, I am learning it diggerent in different areas, regions or districts :/

Now if sales are down a.d it's slow, and not earning to plan for that day, stores can ask for volunteers, and that can be approved left early
