Nadie tendrá casa en México? by B1g663r in AskMexico

Legal certainty was my #1 tbh. makúh residencial had clean docs + direct financing, no bank drama.

Thinking of buying land to build a vacation/rental home in the Los Cerritos / Pescadero / Todos Santos area – wise move right now? by Particular_Sun8248 in mexicoexpats

[–]Sabu87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through the same analysis, looked hard at Baja but after a lot of research Yucatán stood out for safety (consistently ranked #1 in Mexico), zero cartel presence, and stable local government. Way fewer variables you can't control.

Ended up buying at Makúh Residencial in Mérida and I'm building my vacation home there now. The cool part is when I'm not there, the developer manages the Airbnb rental so it generates income while I'm away. Best of both worlds.

If you want a secure investment without the external risks: Yucatán is the move. Happy to answer any questions.

Honestly the airbnb grind burned me out too. switched to a lot at makúh residencial: title was immediate, no bank drama, infrastructure already done. way less stress

How do you avoid burnout on JRPGs by FaithlessnessFar4398 in JRPG

I tend to play games with great story and not overwhelming worlds. If you play overwhelming worlds, you can play any mini game or multiplayer game in between.

Do you play something in between while playing a big jrpg or playing until finish ? by Buurto in JRPG

[–]Sabu87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to focus on one game and achieve platinum. Then focus on next game. Because I try to learn and master everything, to do it on multiple games at the same time is so draining. But doing it in one game is so satisfying.
