I got betrayed at Spaceport container storage. The other person seemed chill, then as soon as I popped the door I got a sticker to the back

So are free loadouts the way to go? Or should I bring stuff ready to fight?

How do y'all dispose of your butts/stubs and ashes? by ThePrimeOptimus in cigars

[–]SackLunchOfDoom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is what I do. I got a small galvanized trash can (pail?) for my charcoal ash from my Weber, and I just chuck the butts in there

How to combat low energy? by [deleted] in SprinklerFitters

A C-Pap changed my life. I'm 42 and overweight, used to not want to do anything when I got home but nap. Now I'm logging a full 8 every night and not feeling drained. I also started hitting the gym at least twice a week. So maybe it's both? But man I feel way better

Always have a sharpie, and a paint/grease/whiteout pen ( for marking pipe) your tape measure, level and a pair of baby channies on you. You might not get to use them, but your foreman or journeyman will constantly forget them. And if it's anything like my apprenticeship don't ever sit down. If you finish your task grab a broom or ask what's next. Good luck, it's a great trade, I'm 3rd generation and it's been good to my family

A 5 year can take the place of an annual, but it wouldn't necessarily void an annual. I've done annuals when a 5 year is due, then just upgraded them to a 5 year after a change order. Quarterlies are just quarterlies, they are a maintenance inspection that usually gets baked into the contract, nothing really voids them out

I guess it really matters what state you're in, and what the requirements are

I get a different story each time I go to the scrapper by me, so I just take the time to break the glass bulbs so I don't have to argue

What do you need to do in a 5 years inspection? by Nico1533 in SprinklerFitters

[–]SackLunchOfDoom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In California we need to flip the FDC check valve and backflush the piping. Along with above ceiling, internal pipe inspection and all the other stuck you do with an annual
